Stress has become a constant companion for most people in the 21st Century.  Still, we pay more attention to what we eat than to what is stressing us out.  We take a brief look at common stressors, how to recognize stress in your life, and some simple tools to help cope with stress.

Presenting is Danny Choriki whose masters in psychology focused on stress during rapidly changing times.
