Self Care Series – January & February 2017

This 4 part series will focus on ways to care for yourself so you can care for others. We will discuss why sometimes it is good to be selfish. You will learn:

  • Grounding and balancing your energy
  • Exercises and stretching
  • Breathing
  • Time management and coping with stress

These short but informative classes are designed to build on each other, but if you want to just attend one class you can. $120.00 for the series or $40.00 per class.
