The physical human response to stress and the triggers of stress are fairly well researched. Stress has become a constant companion for most people in the 21st Century. Still, we pay more attention to what we eat than to what is stressing us out. We take a brief look at common stressors, how to recognize stress in your life, and some simple tools to help cope with stress.

This class is beneficial to anyone who desires to learn massage for home use with proper body mechanics. “Couples” may be any two people who want to learn simple massage techniques. Sign up with a friend, your sister, brother, parent, partner or spouse.
The fee for a couple is $150. There is a $20 discount for early registration completed two weeks before the beginning of the course. The course starts at 5 pm and runs until 8 pm. Lunch is not included.
