The physical human response to stress and the triggers of stress are fairly well researched. Stress has become a constant companion for most people in the 21st Century. Still, we pay more attention to what we eat than to what is stressing us out. We take a brief look at common stressors, how to recognize stress in your life, and some simple tools to help cope with stress.
Presenting is Danny Choriki whose masters in psychology focused on stress during rapidly changing times.
We will fire up the BBQ around 6pm, eat around 6:30 and talk about stress around 7. The presentation is less than 30 minutes.
