The physical human response to stress and the triggers of stress are fairly well researched. Stress has become a constant companion for most people in the 21st Century. Still, we pay more attention to what we eat than to what is stressing us out. We take a brief look at common stressors, how to recognize stress in your life, and some simple tools to help cope with stress.
Presenting is Danny Choriki whose masters in psychology focused on stress during rapidly changing times.
We will fire up the BBQ around 6pm, eat around 6:30 and talk about stress around 7. The presentation is less than 30 minutes.
The August LMT Community event will continue on the topic of stress.

Our series on health continues this Monday with Chuch Frymire from Sheridan WY joining us to talk about ketones – vs – glucose and the health benefits of being in or reaching a state of ketosis.
Spend an hour with us for YOUR health. You will love hearing how to increase energy and promote the burning of fat.
This class is beneficial to anyone who desires to learn massage for home use with proper body mechanics. “Couples” may be any two people who want to learn simple massage techniques. Sign up with a friend, your sister, brother, parent, partner or spouse.
The fee for a couple is $150. There is a $20 discount for early registration completed two weeks before the beginning of the course. The course starts at 10 am and runs until 5 pm. Lunch is not included.
