Session 1—Monday October 17th 6 to 8 PM
Overview of Reflexology. The Benefits and Effects of Body Reflexology. How and when can it be applied. Basic regions of the foot.
Session 2—Thursday October 20th 6 to 8 PM
Body Mapping. There are many areas on the body that relay nerve messages to organ systems. The feet and hands are the most easily accessible points, but the full body is represented on the legs, arms and ears as well.
Session 3— Monday November 7th 6 to 8 PM
Common Ailments. Body reflexology can be applied to ease sinus pressure, mild stomach issues, headaches and tension.
Session 4— Thursday November 10th 6 to 8 PM
Overall Health. Increasing circulation, lowering blood pressure and other self-care techniques to improve your overall health through body reflexology and breathing exercises.

All supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring a decorative container for potpourri or specific oil blends that you would like to use in the lotion or sugar scrub.

This class is beneficial to anyone who desires to learn massage for home use with proper body mechanics. “Couples” may be any two people who want to learn simple massage techniques. Sign up with a friend, your sister, brother, parent, partner or spouse.
The fee for a couple is $150. There is a $20 discount for early registration completed two weeks before the beginning of the course. The course starts at 10 am and runs until 2 pm. Lunch is not included.

This 4 part series will focus on ways to care for yourself so you can care for others. We will discuss why sometimes it is good to be selfish. You will learn:
- Grounding and balancing your energy
- Exercises and stretching
- Breathing
- Time management and coping with stress
These short but informative classes are designed to build on each other, but if you want to just attend one class you can. $120.00 for the series or $40.00 per class.
The physical human response to stress and the triggers of stress are fairly well researched. Stress has become a constant companion for most people in the 21st Century. Still, we pay more attention to what we eat than to what is stressing us out. We take a brief look at common stressors, how to recognize stress in your life, and some simple tools to help cope with stress.
